Antony's Italian Ice is a family-oriented business that was created by Anthony and his wife Jessica Howard. Together they have 5 beautiful children who are the primary inspiration for the development of their business. With the analogy,  "when life throws you lemons make lemonade" in mind Anthony and Jessica came up w an alternative cold novelty product for their children to enjoy as a result of their lactose intolerant diagnoses.
